Untitled

A soft warm breeze gently combs my hair,
As I drowsily repose upon my woodland chair.
A song, so lovely, floats softly to my ear,
A song, so beautiful, too beautiful to hear.
A song, to feel, to love and hold,
A song, gently pleasant, young, yet old.
Lovely smells drift to my nose,
Of pine, and grass, of briar and rose.
In my woodland heaven, I dream and sigh,
For I am wont to stay forever, here to lie.
This place so beautiful it can't be real,
The scents, the sights, the feelings ideal.
Now I rise with new strength and life,
Behind I leave my earthly cares and strife.
With my new love, my heart will decide,
In the place, so beautiful, forever to abide.
Now I go from this world in my mind,
This place where I can go and leave my troubles behind.
