Saturday Afternoon

I wear blue feet and
gallop the back lawn.

Today
the garden is
my jungle,
breathing
anxious centipedes and
hidden animals'
musk.

I wear blue fee and
pirouette
'round the yard 'til Mom calls
"Dinner!"
